Relationship OS / ChatHuman — Terms of Service

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Relationship OS, Inc.’s (“Relationship OS,” “ChatHuman,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) mobile application, website, products, software, services, and features (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Services in any way.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use Relationship OS, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You further agree to complete our identity verification process, utilizing third-party verification providers (e.g., World ID or similar) to confirm that you are a real human being. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you cannot truthfully make these representations, you must not register for or use the Services.

3. USER ACCOUNT AND VERIFICATION

Account Registration

To access the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and any verification data required to confirm your identity. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Verification and Proof of Personhood

Relationship OS may require you to undergo proof-of-personhood checks through trusted third-party services (such as World ID) that use biometric or identity verification technologies. By submitting your information for verification, you consent to our use of such technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. You may not attempt to bypass or manipulate the verification process; doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the security of your account credentials and for any unauthorized use of your account. Should you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach, you agree to notify us immediately at legal@relationshipos.com.

4. USE OF SERVICES

Permitted Use

Relationship OS is intended for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Services only in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any Community Guidelines we publish from time to time. You acknowledge that the Services are designed to facilitate one-on-one human connections and that misuse of the Services is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) creating false or misleading accounts, impersonating any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity; (b) circumventing or attempting to manipulate verification processes; (c) using bots, scripts, or automation to access or interact with the Services; (d) harassing, intimidating, abusing, or harming any other user; (e) posting or transmitting any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content; and (f) violating any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account that engages in prohibited conduct.

5. MATCHING AND INTERACTIONS

Anonymous Interactions

Relationship OS facilitates anonymous, one-on-one interactions by delivering a daily prompt to each matched pair. Your identity remains hidden until you and your match mutually consent to reveal your real names and any additional personal information. We believe this approach fosters authentic conversations without the pressure of curating a public profile.

Responsibility for Interactions

While we may employ AI moderation tools to monitor content for compliance with community standards, Relationship OS does not screen or verify the accuracy of every message exchanged between users. You are solely responsible for your communications, and you agree to communicate honestly and lawfully. We make no warranties regarding compatibility, relationship outcomes, or the truthfulness of any user-provided information.

Offline Meetings

Any offline interaction or meeting between users occurs at your own risk and discretion. We strongly encourage you to follow best safety practices—such as meeting in a public place, informing a friend or family member of your plans, and exercising caution—before engaging with someone you have met through the platform. Relationship OS is not responsible for any consequences, damages, or disputes that result from in-person meetings.

6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MODERATION

AI Moderation

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, we may utilize automated AI moderation tools to review user-generated content, conversations, and profile data for potential violations of our Terms or Community Guidelines. While AI moderation helps detect harmful or inappropriate content, it is not perfect and may not catch every violation. We reserve the right to manually review any content flagged by AI or reported by users.

No Guarantee of Safety

Although we strive to maintain a trusted and secure platform, we do not guarantee that all harmful content or malicious actors will be identified or removed. We expressly disclaim any liability for user-generated content, and we do not warrant that the Services will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Subscriptions

Some features of Relationship OS (“Premium Features”) may require a paid subscription. We will clearly disclose subscription terms, pricing, and billing frequency at the point of purchase. By subscribing to Premium Features, you agree to pay the subscription fees in accordance with the terms displayed when you subscribe.

Payments

You authorize our third-party payment processor to charge your designated payment method (e.g., credit or debit card) for all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated. If we are unable to process your payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Premium Features until payment is successfully processed.

Changes to Pricing

We may modify our subscription pricing or billing policies at our discretion. Should we implement a material price increase, we will provide notice via email or in-app notification at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of Premium Features after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership

All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, software, code, and other intellectual property associated with Relationship OS and the Services (collectively, “Our IP”) are the exclusive property of Relationship OS or its licensors. No portion of Our IP may be copied, modified, distributed, or reproduced without our prior written consent.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit you to resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute any portion of the Services or Our IP.

Feedback

If you provide any suggestions, ideas, or other feedback regarding the Services (“Feedback”), you grant Relationship OS a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

9. TERMINATION

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, block your IP address, or restrict access to the Services at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe (in our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that threatens the safety, integrity, or reputation of our community. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease.

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time by following the instructions in your user settings or by contacting us at founder@relationship-os.app. Upon account deletion, we will remove your profile and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except to the extent that retention is required by law.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Services. Provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination (such as sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will remain in full force and effect.

10. DISCLAIMERS

No Warranty

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RELATIONSHIP OS DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE ACCESS TO THE SERVICES, NOR DO WE GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

User-Generated Content

We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any user-generated content, including profiles, messages, or any communications between users. You acknowledge that all user-generated content is the sole responsibility of the user who provided it.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RELATIONSHIP OS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD 100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relationship OS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, demands, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services or any content you post; (b) any violation of these Terms by you; (c) any breach of your representations or warranties; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA, to resolve any dispute.

14. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, unless the parties agree otherwise. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. You and Relationship OS each waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action related to any claim arising out of or related to these Terms.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through the Services or by other means, such as email, at least thirty (30) days before the changes become effective. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may delete your account.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Relationship OS regarding the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or communications.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
